Was given an estimated wait time of 40 min upon walk in. Ended up waiting 2.5 hours. I understand people’s dining duration is out of staff’s control but that is a HUGE difference in time. It’s not your first day.
The restaurant has a very pleasant atmosphere. I appreciate that it has an upscale look while still offering the option to watch a game on the TV screens around the bar area. The food was enjoyable, though I believe it would be helpful if the staff asked guests whether they prefer their dishes mild, medium, or spicy.
I ordered the Pad See Ew, Crab Fried Rice, and Garlic Wings as my appetizer. I also had a mocktail since I do not drink alcohol. It was intended to be a Strawberry Daiquiri, but it did not contain any strawberries, and the texture resembled a slushy mixed with Sprite and red coloring. It tasted more like a Shirley Temple than a traditional Daiquiri, which was disappointing.
Overall, the food and service were good, but the mocktail could be improved.

My wife and I were moving and almost forgot about our 13 year anniversary because we have been so busy, we needed a little something special tonight for ourselves and found this place. The food and drinks were amazing and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The price for food was very reasonable, the drinks were a little on the high end but very good and well worth the overall experience.
we will be back again!

The atmosphere, bar and drinks are great here.
Food flavor and quality is not reflective of the high price. The rice and steamed veggies were bland. Needed to request salt as well as a replacement as some dishes came back luke warm/cold.
The highlight for me was when a staff member took my beverage suddenly from my table without asking if I was done with it. Which I was not as it wasn’t empty but appears to be from the large amount of ice that goes into the beverages.

I went here by accident thinking it was the restaurant I was looking for. I asked for hot/warm water to drink as cold water is one of the worst things you can drink for your health. They give you the cold water which is unhealthful for you for free, but they charge $2.50 if you drink warm or hot water. No integrity.

Meh. We won't be back. The food was overpriced and unremarkable. The ambiance was nice but if the food isn't there, then there's no there, there: they need to put more money into improving the food before adding more teevees or kitsch. I don't think I've ever had pad thai without chopped nuts, so that was weird. The included shrimp were criminally overcooked. The curry could have been tastier but everything just fell flat. Mango sticky rice is fine on it's own; adding ice cream or whatever is just gilding the lilly.....
The waitstaff was uncoordinated and confusing: several people approached our table to take our order after we had already done so, and then returned with another table's food. And I don't think I've had such an uninterested, apathetic welcoming. We only went there because they were open late and our preferred place had just closed.
So YRMD but there are better places....I think if I was more interested in the cocktails and teevees I would have had a better experience, but that's not my thing.

Service was terrible as soon as we were seated. We had to ask for watm water from 3 different servers. We asked for extra peanut sauce which they said cost extra- sauce on the dish was probably 2 table spoons. Not enough for the 6 spring rolls they gave us.
For the price of the food and bad service we were given a 15% discount.

The food was beyond disappointing. The Tom Yum soup was nothing more than a reddish, overly acidic liquid with no distinct flavor. The other dishes were equally bland and uninspired. To top it off, a double espresso—just 2 ounces—was priced at an absurd $12.

realistically I would rate this place a 4.5 stars if I could, but alas, I can’t.
The food is always good here. I think that the “pad see you” was subpar and looks like it too. The Thai tea is on the sweeter side which is enjoyable after the ice settles a bit. The reason it is not a 5 is because of the service. There was little to no service provided. Long waits to put in orders even though the restaurant was quite empty. Maybe 3-4 other tables. The interactions were brief, the server didnt introduce themselves, the nicest person was the man cleaning our table. Kind and funny! The wings are so good, well cooked and everything came out hot. Overall, would come back, the pros out weigh the cons, definitely.
Got door dash. Pad Thai soooo spicy couldn’t eat!! I put not spicy. Salad was soggy. Thought they’d put dressing on the side. I have eaten at the restaurant and it was better
