One employee takes orders, gets food and cooks on the grill. Another person is a cashier, restocks and cleans table in between. Only hospital cafeteria that I know of that closes at 2pm daily. Tables are not cleaned after 2pm.

Kaiser keeps switching vendors and now there only open until 2 pm? So What are there p.m. employees suppose to do, go across the street for food, ok. The food is over priced and terrible! I had a salad that was brown and looked like Ecoli was going to get me.Dietary restrictions: Where is your gluten free items, bread, etc. Kaiser implements Wellness Cafe, there is no wellness going-on here.

I recently visited the Wellness Creek Cafe and was blown away by the quality of the food and the peaceful atmosphere. The cafe is located in a serene, wooded area with a beautiful creek running through it, making for a truly tranquil dining experience. The menu is filled with healthy and delicious options, all made with fresh, organic ingredients. I tried the quinoa salad with roasted vegetables and was impressed with how flavorful and filling it was. The ingredients were clearly of high quality and were expertly prepared. In addition to the great food, the staff at Wellness Creek Cafe were incredibly friendly and attentive. They were happy to answer any questions I had about the menu and even made some great recommendations for other dishes to try.Overall, I would highly recommend the Wellness Creek Cafe to anyone looking for a healthy and delicious meal in a serene setting. It's a great spot to relax and unwind while enjoying some truly amazing food.

I used to like this place. But they took French fries off the menu, you can't get a real coke, only diet or Coke Zero. Nasty. No real chips, only tasteless baked chips. I used to come here while waiting for a medication or something. But now I'll go across the street to George's where the food actually has flavor and you can get a real coke (which my Kaiser dr. Says Is actually better than diet)

I know that this is a random place to give a review but I think they deserve a 5-star review. My mom was hospitalized at the Walnut Creek Kaiser for 9 days back in May and I had to either eat all my meals at their Wellness Creek Cafe or eat my mom's leftover hospital patient food which was a hit or a complete miss... :'-) The food at the Wellness Creek Cafe is shockingly good. It would've been nice if my middle school and high school cafeteria food was this good LOL. You really wouldn't expect such quality and taste from a hospital cafeteria, but trust me this place could honestly be a restaurant. They give you such generous portions and it's reasonably priced. They offer a lot of healthy options as well since, you know, it's a hospital LOL. I've had their cheesesteak probably 5+ times because it was so good. The grilled onions and bell peppers come with it and are a great addition to the sandwich. It may not be as salty as some may prefer but it was perfect for me. I've tried their regular fries and sweet potato fries and they were pretty good as well -- btw they bake them and not deep fry them so you won't feel as guilty eating them! They have sauces like bbq and ranch in the back so just ask for it! They also have daily specials and it's different every day. One day they were serving salmon and I had to take a picture because it was absolutely delicious. I'm not a huge fan of grilled salmon and usually only eat raw salmon sashimi or nigiri. But this salmon was super soft and melted in my mouth. I always try cooking salmon at home and can never get it to be fluffy and moist. But the salmon here was so good I almost went back in line for another serving even though I was stuffed. The only thing I would say to avoid is their smoothies. I ordered the mango and coconut one but not gonna lie... it was pretty bad :( but don't underestimate their other dishes!! Nothing was disappointing and left my tummy very full and happy :)
