Wetzel's Pretzels

I went to get a pretzel @640 Dec 27 & had the rudest person come out from the back door & ask me in front of a crowd “What are you waiting for?”
“What do you need?” Not “hello” no “excuse me” just yelling at me in-front of people like a child. I was standing by a table with other people eating, she literally kept yelling at me, I didn’t think she was talking to me so rudely at first, I have no idea why that lady came out & talked to me like that.
I was rushed, the man ringed my iteam up incorrect, I think it’s because he didn’t want to make the mozzarella sticks because they take too long. Then I asked about the sauce he said that was separate, that’s fine. I asked about the lemonade. He pre poured & never asked me what flavor I wanted, never offered a receipt. After I was willing to wait the 10 minutes for my order, he seemed upset I was willing to wait as he kept reminding me of the 10 minutes it takes. I told him that’s fine. He comes right back & hands me cinnamon sticks with my drink. I told him why are you handing me this, you said it would take 10 minutes. He says oh you still want the mozzarella sticks. I had already paid. Then I’m waiting about 6 minutes, the lady in red comes out & embarrassed me like I was a kid in trouble. Worst shopping experience of my life. Then I had to wait over 10 minutes for a refund, because he couldn’t find the order, he rung up. Had to give me there too money because he rung my iteams up incorrectly

The worker at window doesn't speak English. Tried 15 times to give order still wrong.

I LOVE THIS PLACE SAY THIS SUCKS YOUR MEAN CHEESE DIP AND PRETZEL BITES WITH THE RED SLUSH BEST COMBO I HOPE YOU MAKE ELON MUSKS PREVIOUS NET WORTH BECAUSE YOUR PRETZELS IS BETTER THAN GOURMET ONES!

Prices need to be posted BEFORE you get to the register. We should not have to wait several minutes in line just to see how much the items cost. Nevertheless, the pretzels were good

Customer service is garbage

They close at 7pm Sunday's. Not 830.

My friends and I were walking around and decided to get a snack. I was last in line and my friends were already sitting down by the time I ordered. There was a woman behind me with a stroller, and I had never been to Wetzel's Pretzels before, so I went back to my friends and asked where I should wait. They told me to wait near the stand and they would call my name shortly. I waited next to it, trying not to get in the way of the woman. Soon enough, the woman told me my order was ready and I had to squeeze by to get to the counter. The cashier gave me my food, and then told me sharply "YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO WAIT". I was taken aback, as I knew I should've just waited the whole time, but it was pretty rude and I hadn't truly done anything wrong. I hope your customer service gets better, because you have just lost a customer.

They included napkins in the bag without me asking. How thoughtful!

Great service and pretzels off the hook!!!!!

Closed 2 hours before scheduled closing time despite there being a full five man staff in the booth. Could have saved time bt going to SafeWay or making pretzels at home. ;(
