Yogurtland Walnut Creek

I’ve always loved Yogurtland because their frozen yogurt is delicious, fresh, and feels like a healthier treat. It’s always satisfying, especially on a warm day.

However, our experience at this particular location wasn’t great. The staff didn’t seem very welcoming or customer-friendly. Sample cups were not available, and when we asked about them, the response wasn’t very polite or helpful.

The pricing also felt unusually high. I’m not sure if the scale is accurate, but the total was much more than we expected, even though we got a pretty normal amount. It was noticeably more expensive compared to previous visits, which made us question whether we were charged correctly.

Another issue is the cleanliness — the tables are always sticky, which is not pleasant and gives a careless impression.

I really hope the management focuses more on customer service, cleanliness, and pricing transparency, because the product itself is still great — it’s just a shame when the overall experience doesn’t match that quality.

Yogurt Land had excellent flavors, fresh fruit, and toppings galore. The only reason it's a 4, not a 5, is due to the price. There were 5 of us, and the cost was $42. It is a little high and makes it hard to frequent with a larger family.

I asked for a bottle of water the employee took the last bottle of water and hid it under the table before saying sorry we are out of water.

Loved the variety of flavors! From classic Vanilla to exotic Matcha, there's something for everyone!
The topping bar with plenty of options made it more enjoyable.

The staff wasn’t very friendly! It was like give me your money and couldn’t wait for us to finish our yogurt! Only has 1 non-dairy flavor. Yogurtland needs to step it up for VEGAN customers!!!

I'm a big self serve froyo guy. This place is the one spot in downtown walnut creek to go if you want that experience. They got quite a selection however sometimes they run out of the flavors. The toppings are plentiful.

Yogurtland's website lists many no sugar added flavors. But, when I went there they only have one no sugar added flavor. Very disappointing.

August 6 2022 5 pm, came in because I was waiting for a reservation down in Cheesecake Factory. When I first approached the store was EMPTY. As we go through the door we came to realize exactly why. The tables were DIRTY, very dirty from toppings of ice creams from customers. But so was the counter where you pick the toppings. Let’s just say we walked in a bad day because the machines were not working either as the had signs all over the flavors and only had about 3 flavors to pick from.Well seems like they were so lazy to even mark all of the ice creams that were not good that I thought was so I got me a full cup of it as I pay and leave I taste my first scoop, it tasted horrible. Like if the milk has been sitting out for a while. Spoiled. But not in a way that the ice cream was expired more so like the machine wasn’t keeping the ice cream cool. Terrible service came with it , the guy didn’t care to say hello or anything just rung us up and gave us a total. Disgusting place! It’s officially been a year and I suffer from bad diarrhea/ smelly stools the bacteria I ate is officially gone but my body never healed from the food poison from here. Please watch out!
