Carla, a floor manager, was condescending when I informed her that the soda tasted off. I suggested she check the machine to ensure it was functioning properly, as it seemed to be either malfunctioning, missing syrup, or having issues with the CO2—resulting in an unpleasant taste, similar to cough syrup. I told her that with a simple taste test she would see what I was talking about but she just smirked. And stated no one else was complaining. Very rude!
What was most disappointing, however, was her unprofessional approach toward me. I came here to enjoy my day, not to be treated in such a manner. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location—and possibly others. As someone who frequently brings my children to Chuck E. Cheese, I feel that my business is not appreciated. I told her to taste the soda to see what I was talking about and she just smirked.

I enjoy the pizza from the Torrence location but decided to get pizza from here because I was craving Chuck E. Cheese pizza when I tell you I immediately gagged after the first bite. The food from this location had no flavor and a weird texture now my stomach hurts really bad never will I go here again do not recommend eating their food.

We booked a party here and everything came out AMAZING. Julio and Gabriella made sure we had everything we needed. They were on top of everything, very hospitable and so attentive. At least 2 of my party guest asked for the details because they also want to book a party here. Would highly recommend this location 100x.
Me and my bf have 6 kids we celebrated Ashers 3rd birthday this past Sunday at 11am. pizza is standard chuck e cheese pizza. but the service was awesome. The way the staff worked all together to keep customers happy... all together a pleasant experience at this particular chuckecheese.. and we came from the Riverside area ..

This Chuck E. Cheese was good. Of course it’s a chain. But I had a problem, figuring out the silver plant that I have bought for the monthly payment. It took me about 45 minutes to figure it out with the crew. One of the employees seem to have gotten a little bit bothered. But a gentleman at the front took all the time we needed to fix my problem. For that, I appreciate it. And the kids they had a good time.
