So many of the games in this location don't work or are missing something. I know games are cheap but it adds up its unfortunate because it's a not always packed when we go so we expect all the games to work but noo

I usually go to this Chuck E. Cheese with my son who has special needs. Today was such a bad experience that we left early we paid for everything. The salad bar the jumping area and had pizza. first the manager who was a man on Wednesday 6th of august 2025 Told us we were using the wrong plate , the manager seemed upset and asked if we actually paid for the salad bar of course we did and we went and got the correct plate from our table . Extremely aggressive and rude . The same manager ran and told another guy to come tell me my Son didn’t have a wristband for the jumper area . I quickly showed them the wristband that he had on his arm. Then they said he had to have socks. I felt the whole time we were there. We were being watched for what reason I don’t know there was other people there too . They came up to me so aggressively Mind you I just spent 100 on everything , the way they acted was very unprofessional made me feel uncomfortable. I wouldn’t ever step into that place . For all my special needs mommy’s out there you may want to think twice before going to this place. I know they have sensory time but let’s just hope that same manager guy is not there the day you go .

I want to add that there was another manager that is a woman that I spoke with afterwards to place a complaint before leaving was very compassionate understanding and understood .

Rules are rules and we completely understand but we followed it all . We felt attacked honestly!

The worker named Guadalupe was so sweet!! She was the best birthday host & was very sweet to my kids. Although there was a slight mishap with the cake, she played it off! Will be coming back just for Guadalupe!

My family has been coming to this Chuck E. Cheese for years. We’ve had birthday parties here, random fun visits, and made so many great memories. But after this recent visit with my daughter, I felt the need to share our experiences mainly to give other families a heads up, especially when it comes to gift cards.

My daughter and I came in for a little girls’ night. We have the membership that gives you 50% off food and drinks, which is always a great perk. On top of that, we usually buy Chuck E. Cheese gift cards from Sam’s Club to help stretch our budget and up until now, we’ve never had a problem.

But this time, as soon as I opened a brand new gift card right in front of the cashier, she immediately said, “Those don’t work here.” I hadn’t even handed it over yet. She swiped it a few times, then mentioned another woman who had the same issue but the way she described that situation included an unnecessary comment about the woman’s race, just felt completely out of line and inappropriate.

The whole exchange felt rushed and uncomfortable. At one point, it even looked like she was about to toss my gift card in the trash despite me just having opened it! I asked for it back, and later took it to Sam’s Club. The staff there were super kind and confirmed that the card was active with the full $25 balance. So clearly, the card itself wasn’t the issue.

Aside from that, the place was a messy. Tables were dirty, the drink station was sticky, trash cans were overflowing, and several games weren’t working. Later, my sister came by with her little family, and somehow their leftover food disappeared while they stepped away, even though no one seemed to be clearing tables. It was just a strange experience all around.

That said, I do want to give credit where it’s due. There were a few employees who were genuinely kind especially the one in the Chuck E. costume. He was amazing super sweet, playful, and really brought smiles to the kids faces. That kind of energy was refreshing to see. The girl working the prize area was also very kind and patient.

So just a friendly heads up if you’re planning to use a Sam’s Club gift card, it’s worth checking with staff ahead of time to avoid any surprises. I truly hope this was just a one off experience. I’d really like to see this location return to the clean, welcoming, family-friendly spot we’ve known for so many years.

As I was in Chuck E. Cheese (Walnut Park, Ca) location there was 3 individuals around the age 11-13yrs (2- AfricanAmericans & 1 Latino) they were physically fighting and throwing football at each other. And instead of the manager speaking with the parents she pulled the 3 kids aside. And as a parent I disagree simply because no adult should speak with minors without parents concern. Please train employees better

It’s 8:50pm and I have the monthly pass my kiddo wanted to redeem her points. Lady with Ginger hair in the front end said they were closed. When in other Chuck E Cheese. They still redeem gifts till 9 P.M. Seem to me. Everyone working there. I was trying to leave early on the dot sucks that this is the closest one to my house and I have to drive out to Carson for better service.

Carla, a floor manager, was condescending when I informed her that the soda tasted off. I suggested she check the machine to ensure it was functioning properly, as it seemed to be either malfunctioning, missing syrup, or having issues with the CO2—resulting in an unpleasant taste, similar to cough syrup. I told her that with a simple taste test she would see what I was talking about but she just smirked. And stated no one else was complaining. Very rude!

What was most disappointing, however, was her unprofessional approach toward me. I came here to enjoy my day, not to be treated in such a manner. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location—and possibly others. As someone who frequently brings my children to Chuck E. Cheese, I feel that my business is not appreciated. I told her to taste the soda to see what I was talking about and she just smirked.
