Pizza was a little crunchy but good tasting, Salad was great and very filling, safe enviroment for children. Staff was very friendly and attentive. They prioritize safety they checked my hand every time. Wait time in line was 8 minutes tops. Like this place will be coming back.

Food was good, just ordered pizza. Service was slow but helpful. Arcade selection wasn’t the greatest I’ve ever seen but still fun. However, the whole place smells like feet since they have an indoor play place. The space was clean but that smell is overpowering.

I came today with my kid today and spent almost over 100 some games are fun . But kids play ground ninja run place do not go there . As a parent you feel bad because some employes behave so bad and there staff is not helpfull we are never going back there just because of employes are rude and its a place for kids to have fun . Managment is so poor . Do not waste your money there

Their internet went down and no one knows how to reset in the entire building? Couldn't load points on my cards cause of the internet being down and so I couldn't play games with my kids and ended up just leaving and they said they could give me discounted food. Like yes let me just sit in a chuck e cheese eating while we watch other kids have fun.

Great staff, peaceful environment (I went on a weekday) loving the new trampoline. My son had a blast jumping and playing the games 99% of the games were working. A bit expensive.

Great for the kids. They don't know the value of money. Honestly with as much money they asking to schedule parties.. a lot more should be done Complimentary. They Nickel and dime u with the charges. Just offer families wholesome packages and include free gaming time.. u already make giant profits each day, from each transaction.
Parking: Alameda / Florence Ave. Staff is nice. Just tell corporate to reduce prices and offer more package deals for families on a budget/low income. It has to be a mutual thing. Both the family is happy and saved some money, and the business still made it profits.
Kid-friendliness: Need more staff walking around providing sanitation. Kids come inside and are sick. People can't just look at sick kids touching all these games and still stand there and do nothing about it.
