They lowered the quality of food and service a lot, they have good employees but they limit them a lot to what the customer needs and most of the time they lack staff. I understand why they want 3 people to do the work of 5 or 6 people. It seems unfair to me. sticks workers work a lot as for customers to wait a lot the food is still good but tasty as before now birds give you cold sopes or tortillas due to lack of staff...

Called at 10: 49 , they took my order in the cell and told me to be there at 10 59. Got here at 11 and cashier refuse to call me from the phone order line, played like didn't know, if you are not going to take phone order's, why you advertise it.

I bought some nachos and they are the worst nachos I have ever had in my entire life. Taco bell makes better nachos than these ones I tried here. Cheese is not actually cheese, it is derived from cheese or something artificial. Mediocre craw tacos. A Mexican knows what it is to eat a good taco and this is not a good taco. As they told me, I do not recommend this place. Don't waste your money here. They are also slow to work. A real taquero would serve and work a thousand times faster than all of us combined.

It’s good but for the love of god can we get more cashiers? It’s so slow here and that’s what irritates me. There’s already clientele that orders like they’ve never been in a restaurant before, so having the wait made worse by only one cashier during peak hours is crazy. Also what’s with the security guard? What, is someone doing smash and grabs on the carne asada? He gives everyone dirty looks, he needs to smile moreTl;dr it’s good just set aside half an hour or so for your order
