I am extremely disappointed to see that this restaurant automatically adds a “staff tip” to pickup orders placed online. A tip should always be a voluntary appreciation from the customer — not a forced charge disguised as a tip. When I am doing all the work — driving to the restaurant, picking up the order myself, and receiving no table service — there is absolutely no justification for a mandatory tip.

It feels manipulative and dishonest to sneak...

Bbq always delivers in terms of flavor. The only reason I didn't get five stars is because at this location the cook that works in the the morning afternoon shift is far superior to whoever they have cooking in the back at night... 😂

Always love BBQ Chicken! The portions are generous, and the honey garlic flavor is my absolute favorite—sweet, savory, and perfectly crispy. Ordering by phone was quick and convenient, and I really appreciated the text notification when my order was ready. Super easy and efficient!
