I ordered beef balls, but was given bright pink balls containing artificial coloring, which were clearly not shrimp balls. Despite this, the staff claimed they were shrimp balls.
This is a serious misrepresentation of the product, violates basic consumer protection and food labeling standards, and is deceptive to customers.
I would strongly advise caution for anyone who cares about food authenticity and transparency.

“I really wanted to like this place, but the drink made it difficult. For the price, I expected something memorable—instead, it was memorable for the wrong reasons. The flavor was so mild it felt like it was still deciding what it wanted to be. Not awful, just very… disappointing. At this price point, I’ll happily keep my expectations (and money) elsewhere.”

These two girls are bad I asked for brown sugar boba milk tea and they just gave me a cup of milk with boba didn’t taste of what I ordered and also when I had walked in they were rude so I do not recommend this place and it is a rip off.
I have been here three times at this location, and for the first time, the drink was good, but for the second and third times, it's always a disappointment. I always ordered 100% or 75% sweet for cheese cream peach slush. One day, I had the same drink with the same sweetness. It just felt so different than usual. The other time, I got two different limited flavors that came out, and none of them tasted sweet, especially when I ordered 75% sweet. That's ridiculous 😔 it was so hard to finish it. I wouldn't come back here because the quality of the drink is based on luck.

Great selection of drinks, probably one of the better milk tea shops around the SGV. However, it is not the first time I have experienced poor service from the staff. It usually takes a lot from me to post a negative comment, especially for a place I really like. Needless to say, I hope the owner takes care of this matter before his/her business goes under.

Today, I went to pick up food. A boy with curly hair spoke only English the whole time. It was okay, but he was very rude. I told him that your food was not ready yet, so don’t press the button to pick up food. This way I can’t extend the time and have to wait for you. He said a lot in English. He then asked me if I understood the reason. He knew that my English was not good and it was very shameful to deliberately humiliate the delivery staff. This was already the second time. I said I wanted to give him a heart, and he said: Whatever you want! A staff member who doesn’t know how to respect others, I hope your company can re-educate him!
