On Saturday, I had a long wait for my drinks. I ordered large drinks but mistakenly typed small. I could have given 1 star, but they are a small business, and it's tough for small businesses these days.

I have been here three times at this location, and for the first time, the drink was good, but for the second and third times, it's always a disappointment. I always ordered 100% or 75% sweet for cheese cream peach slush. One day, I had the same drink with the same sweetness. It just felt so different than usual. The other time, I got two different limited flavors that came out, and none of them tasted sweet, especially when I ordered 75% sweet. That's ridiculous 😔...

Great selection of drinks, probably one of the better milk tea shops around the SGV. However, it is not the first time I have experienced poor service from the staff. It usually takes a lot from me to post a negative comment, especially for a place I really like. Needless to say, I hope the owner takes care of this matter before his/her business goes under.
