This is my local ColdStone and I love having this available for the ocasional sweet craving!Yes, this particular location is run by teenagers. Given that this is likely a part-time/seasonal job for them, I'm not expecting 16-18 year olds to deliver 5 star service with 0 mistakes. Sometimes it's very noticeable that this is their first job - and that's OKAY! I think many of us have to remember that these kids are literally LEARNING on the go. They're earning their experience. That said, I've experienced friendly service. They've always been happy to accommodate a request or fix a mistake. I hope others in the community can extend these kids some grace because no matter the age, working in service and dealing with people can be tough!

My family and I usually go to this Cold Stone but last week I had my husband go by himself and get my usual Coffee Lover ice cream. I'm barely eating my ice cream right now as I write this review. As I was eating I noticed that there weren't toppings in it. I was looking for the almonds and heath bar but I was disappointed because there was nothing but coffee ice cream. no wonder my husband called me while he was ordering and asked me what I wanted in my coffee lover. The employee should already know how to make a coffee lover ice cream! It's already predetermined on their menu.

My husband and I went for the first time on 10/15. Paid cash and was shorted $1.00 of my change. I have been trying to get my $1.00 for 3 days of calling but no one there is in charge? The owner was texted my number and has ignored the issue. It's not the money as much as principle that no one knows how to count back change. The employees just hand you a bunch of bills/ change with no clue what they are giving you? I will never return to such a shady establishment.

Ice cream was actually really good, lots of flavors and mixtures you can make. Only issue I really had was the price, kind of pricey for ice cream. 5.99 for a super small cup 6.99 for a small cup and like 7.99 for a normal sized cup.

This place really turned around after the new owners took over. So many more cakes to choose from and ice cream flavors taste more fresh!

Went to cold stone to buy a birthday cake today. I've bought multiple cakes here before since I live nearby and I usually think it's worth the steep price of $50 for a round cake but today I came in and there was 2 girls working. 1 of the girls was helping a customer and the other girl apparently didn't see me and I stood around for a few minutes until she saw other customers walk in and THEN she saw me. That was pretty terrible. On top of that, they both didn't know how to write happy birthdays on a cake? Again for $50 and a blank canvas on the cake, they should all be trained on how to write happy birthday or at least provide the icing to do so. I'll have to drive to a bakery or Porto's next time I buy a birthday cake. This experience was bad.
$10 Gotta Have It! This place OBVIOUSLY serves low quality icy milky chocolate ice cream!!! No chocolate flavor whatsoever other than my KitKat add in! I'm disgusted and disappointed at the greed and cheapness of a Coldstone location serving a cheap mix for top dollar. I will not be back here!

i literally just wanted ice cream, and i got two lil girls rolling their eyes at me and laughing when i was ordering. as i was walking out i heard one of them say, "stupid wet bag" i am devastated at this type of behavior

If I can give zero ratings I would. Mary the manager and owner of this Cold Stone is very rude. Mary was argumentative, rude, short tempered, and definitely the opposite of what a manager should be. I will not be ordering anything from this location anymore. She doesn't listen to the customer and tried to hang up the phone on me because she had and I quote "customers inside the store that were more important."

Great service! I wanted to buy an ice cream cake and also enjoy my small ice cream. The employee said she would put the ice cream cake in the back so no one else would purchase it because I had already paid for it.There was no one there when I went so I was able to enjoy my ice cream then take the cake when I was done, very helpful!
