Food came out piping hot, taste wise wasn't special but not bad either. As for service, there is very little, if not zero interaction with the staff - you order from the digital kiosk inside and wait for your order to arrive, which the staff gives you upon the order's completion.Inside was a decent size, with some tables inside. It was generally clean, but the table I sat at had some fried chicken crumbs and some lettuce, so it hadn't been clean, but that was my fault for not saying anything.Overall, it was decent and they do have a good amount of options. Price wise was a little expensive, but it's probably healthier than traditional fast food places.

It's such a fun place. The menu is great. They have sandwiches, wraps, popcorn chicken, wings, burgers, and the sides are great. No one will be disappointed.

Sad little chicken. I'm always interested in supporting local businesses so thought I'd give them a try. What I encountered was nothing short of highway robbery. You're looking at a picture of a $20 dollar "whole chicken". I would expect a whole chicken to be able to feed at least 1-2 people but when I opened the box it was just ridiculous. This is a small Cornish Hen, which I guess is technically a chicken. Worst bang for the buck ever. Tiny little thing for $20.99 to be exact. This is one of the times I wished I checked Yelp first because so many have already reported the same thing. To be fair: was it tasty? Yes it was decent. But nothing special. To spend this kind of money and to leave hungry is just a crime. And yelpers have also noted that they're slow. They're VERY slow. Two people working, one frying, one packing. Couldn't get my order in decent time. Walk in customers didn't see anybody at the counter and left. Twice. The bright side? I'm looking forward to the new restaurant to take over this space in the very near future.

The service was extremely poor. This was not the first time I had to wait for a long time. This time it was beyond my limit.
This place is really good. The flaky batter with the dipping powder is very Asian and addicting. However the price is a bit on the higher side, and for some reason expect it to be a long wait. Even though when I came in there was no one else, I still had to wait about 30 minutes for my order. It must be that it takes a long time to prepare. The food is good but maybe order ahead if you don't want to wait!

Service is flexible, I ordered a chicken breast but they told me I need to wait for 20 minutes...I can't wait for that long so they offer a refund or I can change to other food(which they can make faster) so I chooses option 2. It is understandable, since it's fresh fried food, they will need time to prepare. As long as the food is good.

No frills fried chicken.Order via table QR or order via console.The flavorings are dipping powders given to you on the side, and I had to get the Szechuan powder. I think the $3.99 popcorn chicken appetizer is probably the best deal around.As for the chicken itself, the flaky batter was kind of addicting and the Szechuan powder was a nice change from traditional American flavors.Skip the fries.Orders are cooked as they come in so give yourself some time.

Came here today to try the spicy crispy chicken sandwich for late lunch. Store was really bright and spacious inside. Although I was greeted by the guy at the front register, I decided to just use the kiosk that was very conveniently by the door. Ordering from the kiosk was super easy and fast. Also got 20% first order signing up on the kiosk too and 5% cashback. I was texted that it was gonna take 10 min so I just walked to get boba from one of the many choices in the plaza(there is like 5 boba spots super close there) while I waited for my sandwich. Came back after 10 min and just in time my order was done. Don't wait for the text to say it's ready cause I got the text an hour later to pick up. lolThe packaging for the food was really cute and comes in a cute little reusable bag. The bread was really good and soft. The chicken was juicy and was a lot more meat than I had expected. Just the right amount of spicy for me too. I would definitely come back again! It's prefect for lunch time after work or if you attend Mt.SAC!
