All of my food was luke warm. Called and no answer to get credit for missing items. Really like Hot Dog on a Stick but this location is hit or miss.

Some evil b****** just clapped his hands and told a young lady working here, "May I have your attention here? Man cmon." That was really f***** up and unnecessary. The (2 or 3) young women working here today are doing an excellent job. That guy is a douche. But... this is the life involving customers. Gotta have tough skin for stupidity and ignorance. Good job.

Its pointless as hell to do online ordering here, because they don't even check their orders. I have ordered 3 times online, and every time, it has NEVER been ready! I always have to tell them I have a order and then they check the computer. Like....don't they get some type of alert that orders come through?!?? The last time I came, the 2 employees here and no idea (as usual), that a online order was placed. They were standing there, showing each other their arms! I'm like....here we go again, my order is NOT ready!

Well, I didn't have enough dinner and wound up here one night. I walked up and there was a sign on the counter- no one was around. Maybe he was taking out the trash or going to the bathroom? OK, I wait. I had "The old app" on my phone- with two rewards that I could not use because it was the old app. BUT he was patient with me this time and after probably five minutes I got the new app up and going. (I have issues remembering passwords) Anyway, by then all my food was fairly cold and not super enjoyable. It also bothered me that he didn't listen or hear me when I said no thank you to his upset and he made my drink a large anyway- so I had to say again- sorry but I don't want that much beverage. Us old ladies..... Overall it was my first time trying their little desert sticks. They were fair. I would not order them again. Bad enough I am eating deep fried cheese. lol
