Will never support a location that won’t let one use the restrooms. Would prefer if they say it’s only for customers I would gladly buy something but to just say the restrooms don’t work like both of them? Seriously.

They close whenever they freaking feel like it! Ive been tolerating them for TWO years closing the dining room half a day to an entire day early at odd times WITHOUT advanced notice. Latest incident (see photo and time of this review) shows they were supposed to be open until 4pm but alas, they change there freaking minds cus like, who GAF's!A/C has not been fixed (or turned on) in over NINE MONTHS! Are they being cheap to save electric? I dont know any other JIB Franchisee that goes to these extremes.

Food is as expected when going to Jack in the Box. The woman who took our order was barely understandable and she didn't even let us finish stating our order. I gave her my card and she said it declined. I told her to try again and then she asked for my PIN number so she could put it in herself! That was completely inappropriate and hopefully she's either given more training or is let go.

The one time in months the app actually allows me to make my order in advance, hoping to get it faster and be on my way quickly and they apparently have closed more than an hour early. Placed order around 11 pm, web says they are open till 12, get there by no later than 11.15 and the place is deserted. Must be nice to get to leave early whenever you want.

I was picking up an order earlier tonight WAY BEFORE CLOSING. And i was at the drive thru for a good few minutes . Silence. I drive up to the window, nobody there. I looking inside the windows, ghost town. No posters no nothing . If you guys are gonna close randomly at whatever time you please, turn off your orders or something. Insane.
Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, bun was burned and the chicken was super dry. Totally not worth 7 dollars.

Placed a pickup order through the app around 6:20 am and they still weren't open by the time I left around 6:45 am. Tried contacting support using the contact us thing twice and it's now been around a week with no contact about my $40. They definitely do not open at 6 a.m.Followed the advice of the owner and filled out another contact us form about my refund now bring it to 3 completed forms. It's now been over 2 weeks with no response at all. You will not get your money back.

Food is what it is. Fast food. Just my tacos were really soggy. I feel like taco meat is not fully cooked also. They went right into the trash. Burger and roost fries are good
