12/15/2019 - Not an expert on variations of Chinese food, but I can tell you that is pretty damn delicious. Family-styled it and tried the Lanzhou Beef Soup Noodles, tomato and egg noodles, and the cold noodles. Both equally delicious. However, the tomato and egg noodles had the edge for me and it is ironically the simplest main dish I tried. The appetizers are also incredible.
