Mazesoba Hero's signature Lemon chicken karage is absolutely amazing?! It's crispy and tender and juicy! Every spoonful was a satisfying experience! karage maintained its crispiness even when immersed in the sauce.I recommend trying their Chicken Karage Mazesoba Ramen to anyone seeking a unique and delicious ramen experience.Yum! Mazesoba is one of my favorite dishes so when I found this place on Yelp I knew I had to check it out! Came here on a Tuesday night and the place was pretty empty so you seat yourself. I ordered the ocean Mazesoba with an egg and it was so good! They do not skimp with the toppings and sauce here which I love. This was my first time having imitation crab in this dish which was an interesting flavor combo but in a good way. Great bowl of noodles and the portions are pretty big so you'll leave feeling satisfied!

Located in the plaza right across the street from Mt. Sac. We went on a Tuesday afternoon after class and there was a lot of parking available and found seating immediately. Ordered the Saikoru Mazesoba and Curry Mazesoba, both were DELICIOUS. I wasn't as hungry but it was so good I ended up just finishing it. Our server was super nice and attentive, always came around to see how we were doing and gave us complimentary bowl of rice as well. The interior is clean as a whistle and has a decent amount of seating inside available.

Mazesoba Hero has become one of our go-to spots whether opting for takeout or dining in. The champion mazesoba and ocean mazesoba are clear winners, though a word of caution - the ocean mazesoba's allure may lead to self-imposed breaks :). Personally, a splash of vinegar would elevate the flavor profile even more. The crown mazesoba impresses with its robust taste, and the chicken karaage consistently avoids the pitfall of dryness, unlike some other popcorn chicken varieties. Even the tempura shrimp, a former favorite of my 2-year-old, attests to the diverse appeal. The ambience is cozy, service is usually prompt. We'll likely to revisit soon.

I tried this place a few months back and really enjoyed it. I went in today and it was still delicious. We went in an hour before closing and the staff was still pretty attentive.

I love the chicken karaage at Mazesoba Hero. It’s juicy inside with a lovely crispy texture, which usually leads me to get the Crown Mazesoba. I got the Ocean this time around to try something different. It was still great, but my favorite is the Crown.Ask for the rice at the end to mix with some of the remaining toppings and sauce if you want to experience food coma.

Taste :4.7/5Environment: 4.5/5Service:4.3/5Mazesoba, which literally means “mixed noodles”, is a dish that originated in Nagoya, Japan, and features thick and chewy noodles tossed with a savory sauce and various toppings. The sauce is made with soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, chili oil, and lard, creating a rich and flavorful base that coats every strand of noodle. The toppings include minced pork, green onion, seaweed, garlic chips, and a raw egg yolk that adds a creamy texture when mixed with the noodles.I enjoy the chew noodles and fried chickenEverything is amazing and tastySo I even so full whole day ..Parking: Limited parking area due to construction

I think I would have enjoyed it more if the food was hotter. The temperature of the food when it arrived at the table was warm but not hot. It was like they waited until it cooled down before serving it. The portion was a little bit on the smaller size, but was perfect because they provide you with a small bowl of rice (3 or 4 bite worth) to mix it with the sauce. If I go there again, I probably opt for the spicy version. It was a little bland for my taste.

Yummy food and great service! Definitely recommend checking it out. Mazesoba is a soup-less ramen but the dish isn't dry by any means. The noodles are mixed in a yummy sauce and topped with a variety of toppings. I ordered the classic mazesoba which came with minced pork and a poached egg, seaweed, green onions, chives, and garlic. Towards the end of your meal, they offer you a small bowl of rice to soak up the rest of the sauce. Yum! They now offer two traditional ramen bowls for those of you who prefer soup ramen. My husband ordered the tonkotsu ramen and it was delicious! The broth was rich and flavorful and the meat was tender. We were both happy with our dishes. The service was wonderful! I was very impressed with how professional and kind our waiter was. He was such a gentleman and continued to check on us throughout the meal.We will be back :)

I came here with a group of 7 at around 11:30am on a Saturday and was happy to see there was no line. I do love a good mazesoba, which is a "brothless" ramen. Essentially, the thick noodles are served with concentrated sauces and you mix it all together. It's really tasty. There's several flavors or variations but most of my group ordered the Champion, which came with green onions, chives, seaweed, poached egg, minced porik, garlic, fish powder, 2 chashu, 1 egg, and 3 nori. You can ask for this item regular or spicy. I opted for the latter. I also got the egg on the side so I could share the dish with my toddler. I got the dish and portioned some out without the spicy topping, and then mixed everything together. Everything was really tasty and I honestly really enjoyed the dish. Mazesoba has become more popular as of late, but I haven't found any near home, so I'm glad I got to eat this while I was in this area.
