I've been coming here for over ten years, and it's been consistently good with the food and service. The sushi here is very fresh and I always opt for the unagi and ikura. They have nice combination sets that are very filling. A nice selection of Japanese beers and nicely fried tempura. Overall, a good Japanese restaurant and one of the best around Walnut, CA. Cheers.

Crave for sushi, checked Google maps and found this place.
Ordered soft shell crab and their weekly special. The weekly special comes in the bento form, with grilled salmon, sashimi, and chicken karrage.
Food tastes good, service is great, and price is reasonable. Will consider coming back, if I want sushi again.

Friendly service...was greeted very well, very busy atmosphere, people going in and out with pickup orders etc. Food was very tasty and delicious. I was hoping for a bigger portion, maybe I shouldn't have been so hungry... But all in all I was satisfied.

Ninja Sushi was a go-to experience for years; I started back when Terry-San owned the place. Even now, Ninja is a fine dining experience, with delicious food, amazing chefs, and friendly, attentive waitstaff. Multiple television screens offer sports or entertainment.

The quality of the fish has always been excellent in its freshness and generous cuts. However, with the rising costs, not only has the price gone up, but the portion sizes are very small now. The chirashi combination set for lunch was a third of the size it would have been previously. Takoyaki was 6.95 for four pieces, when it wouldn't have hurt to have six.
It's okay to raise prices due to the times we are in, but the higher price always made up for the generous serving. Now, there isn't much value to be had. It was tasty, but I'm out $40 and still hungry after lunch.
Delicious and authentic tasting food. Great service. Reasonably priced. A great experience awaits you and your family!

Pretty much the only Authentic Japanese food in the neighborhood (please let me know otherwise). Reasonable price with given portion especially heir lunch specials, which is a steal.

Been going to this restaurant for at least 10 years. It’s a small place and always busy. The food has never disappointed me. The lunch special is reasonably priced and they have this great deal on party trays. For $95 I think we got about 8-10 sushi rolls, I forgot the exact count. Service is great.

Over priced sushi, nothing original that stands out. Ordered a Jerry Roll which is supposed to be seared and it wasn't. Tried spicy ninja roll was a total let down. Thought maybe they are just really good at the basics but even their crunch roll was a let down. Their dinning area really small.
