My family and I went there over the weekend and the food was so good. Very good service and the food was awesome !! I would definitely recommend . The price was very good for the amount of food you get and we even had leftovers.

Beware of how they calculate the tips when they bring you the bill. Even though the iPad sets the default tipping rate at 20%, please do your own math diligently. My bill was $87+20% tip which showed up as $130 on the iPad when in fact it should have been $104. Always calculate your bill and don't make assumptions that everything is done accurately.

I like the restaurant is big enough where you can find seating most of the time and that the menu is robust but not overwhelming. Just sad that the food has gone down. The thit nuong in the Bun was way too salty. The chicken in the spring roll was cut too thick and was flavorless. The soda chanh was just a little lime with tin of sugar and flat soda water. flat! I asked for them to remake the drink since the first one had no bubble. Second had some but was flat in less than a minute. These should be served with a new can of soda that guest can pour into the cup with ice and lime/sugar. The drink served was lukewarm and just takes like flat generic 7up.

Absolutely terrible. Food isn't the strongest which their service was the worse. Food portions don't justify for their prices but the restaurant is comfortable to sit-in for longer hour(s). I understand nowadays many restaurants use an ipad for payment, but as I would like to check the receipt, the server basically swings the ipad between my friend and I. Who the hells does that? And starts mocking my language as I was speaking to a friend. I decided to pay in cash and returned some changes and a receipt that's wet handed to me without a tray. For reals.. what's wrong with your services? And not forgetting to mention that throughout the meal when we are waving they pretend not to see us and they weren't busy at all. Seriously, everything was terrible. If you are curious which server, he works on a Friday.

Place was very spacious, and the staff was very attentive. I wanted to order a couple of things and loved everything we ordered. The staff even recommended a dish that we decided to try and it was phenomenal

Great atmosphere. Beef stew was flavorful, great savory egg rolls and Thai tea is very fresh. Prices are a bit higher than other Pho restaurants. It's worth every dime.Delicious.........

Edit: original review below was 1 star, changed to 5 because of Ivy's customer service. Ivy commented very quickly on the original review, explained what happened, and offered to make things right. She was very courteous and very professional when I was messaging her and my family is very happy with how she's treated us, her response to the issue we had, and how she fixed the issue for us. We are looking forward to coming back to Pho Ha. Thank you Ivy for making things right for us! Original review: Very bad service. My family placed a to-go order today and they forgot a fried rice we ordered. My dad called after and explained what happened. The girl who answered the phone kept saying "I didn't know". No apology, no offer to fix the mistake, nothing. Just kept telling my dad that she didn't know the fried rice was missing. Constantly avoiding taking responsibility and refusing to take accountability. Very immature and unprofessional to say the least. Even worse for us because we are local regulars here. They couldn't even say sorry once

Pho Ha is a family owned chain restaurant throughout CA. Not all locations taste the same. Some better than others.Pho Ha Plus is one of the top 3 locations IMO and the ‘plus’ is like an upscale modern version to the others. At first, the prices seem really steep. I get that it’s inflation and CA. In the end, I realized, their prices justify the portions and meal size as well as service. Highly recommend. All the pho are $18, even the đặc biệt. The bowls are deep with lots of noodles and meat. The beef broth was flavorful with the aroma of all the spices. They really take the time into making the broth, creating soft tender meats. There are 6 vegetarian dishes. I got the lemongrass stir fried tofu with vermicelli. The wrong dish came out and they gave me stir fried lemon grass beef. Dang, that looked yummy and smelled so good!I finally got my corrected dish and I was so happy with it. Other places would have a ton of vegetables and herbs at the bottom of the bowl. With little noodles on top and finally the protein. I dislike that plating because i don’t like to mix my food and I would end up eating only the noodles that was on top. It was also deceiving when you would receive mainly veggies.Well, at Pho Ha Plus, everything was proportional. It was not layered on top of each other but rather next to each other side by side. I saw my food and was able to include it with every bite.My mom got the broken rice charbroiled pork with bean curd. The pork met her high expectations. It was tender and had the smokey char marinated flavor. The bean curd was a bit tough for her dentures. Also got the passion fruit tea which had actual bites of passion fruit. Not too sweet or syrupy. They are also known for their 3 layer dessert which they do not skimp on any of the toppings. One recommendation I would like to suggest is to offer uncooked noodles for pho take out. I assumed and didn’t ask. Was disappointed when I got home with wet sticky noodles and not fresh noodles. The reason for deducting one star to a 4.Overall, excellent food, large portions, attentive staff. Plenty of parking. You’re truly getting authentic Vietnamese cuisine made with love and the best ingredients.

My wife and I have been coming here for a few years to us this place has the best Pho in the area The service is unbelievable know that they have a new manager in place the entire crew was extremely attentive all I have to say is 5 stars all the way

Ordered two number 10. Biggest issue was the quality for price ratio. $17 for a bowl of pho is kinda insane. In my opinion, this place doesn't deserve as many decorations that they have. I expected amazing broth and food because of the amount of decorations but the broth was too bland and the noodles were mid. Any other smaller shop would be more authentic and taste better. It almost seems as a white-washed pho place. The extra meatballs option is also a scam. Makes it seem like it's four full meatballs in the photo but it's just one cut into fourths. Service was regular and nothing special, although the place seemed understaffed since we were waiting to get seated for a while even with plenty of tables available. Overall, go here if you want to try different houses of pho shops. Wouldn't recommend for this place for being your go-to pho shop, too expensive for the quality.
