It was okay. The pizza was cooked fine and had a decent amount of toppings but really lacked cheese. It was mostly just sauce and I don't love that but the flavors were fine. They forgot the dressing for my salad so that kinda sucked and I couldn't get the website to work at all for their membership discount. But that's not this store's fault. Anyways it was fine but I don't know if I'll be back.

I have been eating at Pieology for some time now. They have a propensity to burn the gluten free pizzas. Normally I always tell them to not burn the pizza. Today, when I ordered, I was the only person in the restaruant. Surly I did not need to request that they not burn the pizza. After all, there were 3 people behind the counter as well as the manager at the end. You guessed it, my normal pizza was fine and my wife's gluten free pizza was charcoal. Their pizza is decent, if it was not consistently burned black. The person who cut the pizza into slices, could easily see that it was charcoal, but, they gave it to me in an inedible condition, because they can. Perhaps this is why I cut way back eating at this restaurant. What a waste, and what consistent incompetence. Maybe that is why the place was empty at about 6 pm. Your guess? Employees can make or break a location. Food for thought. I just returned from Pieology having brought back my burned pizza and the manager, Sara, was very gracious and made another pizza which was not burned. Apparently many of the employees just cannot wrap their minds around the gluten free pizza, which needs far shorter oven time, or it will burn. If you are one to order gluten free, remind their staff not to burn the pizza or, they invariably will.

The veggie pesto pizza should have pesto sauce on top.I love Pieology's pizza, very flavorful and tasted great. I've been order veggie pesto pizza at least twice each month from Walnut or City of industry store, this is the 3rd time that I got my pasto pizza without pasto sauce.....disappointed with inconsistent quality....

I got horrible food poisoning after eating here on 12/15/2023. I know it was from this location because that was the only thing I ate that day. Within 4 hours I was extremely sick for the entire weekend.

So freaking mad! This is my third time coming to this Pieology and my second time receiving horrible service. The first time no problems the second time I come in at like 3:30 in the afternoon and they let me stand in line for five minutes before they tell me that they're closed because they're having a meeting and to come back at 4 o'clock, needless to say I did not come back! This time I came in at 12:30 with my granddaughter, we were starving. we had not eaten at all. I ordered her a cheese pizza and crafted my own pizza. We sat down and waited as we were getting our pizza to go .After 20 minutes of watching people who came in after me getting their pizza and leaving I became concerned. my granddaughter was saying grandma I'm gonna faint I'm so hungry. She's eight years old. finally got up and went to the counter and asked the girl what was happening with ticket number 16. She told me that it was in the oven right now so I went and sat back down although I was wondering why was it just now going in the oven after almost 30 minutes. Now remember, I'm watching the girls walk up to people with their boxes of pizza and hand them to them when they're done. At the time I order there were only like two or three people in the whole shop. Now it's starting to get busy because it's almost 1 o'clock. Anyways the girl walks over to me and says. "There's no more pizzas in the oven and that wasn't your order.Maybe they didn't make it "and she acts like she's about to walk away! So I stop her and I say you've got to be kidding me we're starving. We've been sitting here 30 minutes , here's my ticket. She looks at me and says "oh your pizza is over there,I called you and you didn't answer you must've left. I'm like are you kidding me I've been sitting here the whole time! She just repeats "Well, I called you and you didn't answer." I was furious. So furious that I just took my pizza off the rack that she indicated and left because if I stayed in that place one more second it was gonna be a problem. I'm sitting directly in front of the freaking counter. I'm a big girl you cannot miss me , you had to see me sitting there that whole time and at some point if you really did call and nobody answered why wouldn't you walk over to me and say I noticed you've been here a while are you BERNICE by any chance? Someone needs to train these people properly because I cannot believe That she would stand behind the counter and call somebody's name with no mic in a noisy restaurant with TVs going and if they don't answer not come around to see if it was the one of the three people in the restaurant at the time! If this is the generation that is going to be running the future, we are in bad trouble! Do better, Pieology! (The pizza was good tho)
Don't come during Friday night dinner time. Too many orders. Long line and they will burn your pizza due to oven needs to run extremely high heat to produce so many pizza at a time... very disappointing !

The people here are racist rude and very stingy w toppings ! Unfriendly and won't even give cheese ! What is a pizza with barely any cheese ? I know a lot of people are divided now and are choosing sides but if you have a restaurant and make it obvious that you don't like white people ! Then you have to accept that you want to lose that sect of the population ! If I have money and paying for three pizzas I want cheese on them ! By by pieology I'll be enjoying wood stone pizza who treat everyone fair and equal !!!
