I tried to order the oreo frapp. Custom drink since it was my firsttime trying this drink. And the lady said they dont have that drink then she ask me if with white mocha or no mocha then i said white mocha since i dont know how to order this drink i wanted to drink oreo frp. But it came dissapointment and the super visor came saying i heard everything u said white mocha not oreo. Instead of making it right they keep arguing me and i blow it and throw my drink instead!

Staff is very accommodating… I totally forgot about my order when coming back from the gym. I ended up going back an hour after fully expecting to pay for more coffee. The staff made my order up without hesitation and a smile.
