I never make reviews but I have to I waited 20mins for my coffee and breakfast I left my house early so I wouldn’t be late to school but I needed up being late anyways they gave me the wrong coffee then told me they would remake it took my name down then they told me to call they never answer the phone I won’t come back to this Starbucks again

I am regular customer for SB coffee. I had phone interview after I finishing my interview. I need water but they want give me a water because I need to purchase a drink. I understand the policy but cmon I will purchase sb coffee later on if they treat customer respect. Later on I Will purchase a drink but now this new policy. I will homeless people reject for drink water. Is anti people and anti consumer. I'm sorry but I'm done with SB coffee. I wouldn't buy any drink from them again. Lost your regular customer. And i had deleted the sb app.
I hope you like your dumb policy.

My friend and I were studying at Starbucks, and the manager suddenly came over and said we needed to order. We were ready to order, but the manager suddenly came over impatiently and repeated what she had just said, saying we needed to order. It seemed that she thought we didn't have money to order a few cups of coffee. Her words were polite, but her tone was very rude. We were helpless about the sudden rudeness. In fact, we often come to this Starbucks to buy coffee, but because of this rudeness, we will never come again.

This is the Gr Matcha Latte I ordered. The quality control is out of control! Sometimes it's sweet, sometimes not. Today it was missing 1/3.

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve been to! The dine in is constantly closed so you have to go to the drive through. Then they get your order wrong but you can’t go back and tell them to fix it because the drive through line is long. Horrible experience. I will not recommend this location to family and friends.

They got broken into today and informed me to pick up at the drive thru ONLY, but then after I got in my car and in the long line, they proceeded to let people in through another door…like what was that logic ?

Waiting for 30 minutes for only one cup.
The staff keeps making excuses . Waste my time!
1st time totally wrong for milk, ice, matcha scoop and dressing, which is cheating my money/stars for the customization. After 2nd remake, the drink is not full cup and not enough matcha scoop. The drink is left at behind for over 5 minutes after ready, which is not cold and the foam & dressing all melted. Really unprofessional.

The staff is nice but I can count on both hands how many times they have forgotten my food when I order through the app. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I just don’t recommend ordering food from this store.
