This place somehow manages to turn making coffee into a slow-burn documentary. Orders take forever, and when they finally come out, there's a solid chance they're wrong anyway. It's like a mystery box -- you ordered one thing, but let's see what surprise you get.
The whole operation feels like it's being run on vibes instead of urgency. Lots of movement, lots of noise, zero efficiency. Watching this place operate is like watching people figure out what coffee is in real time.
If you want fast service, do yourself a favor and use the drive-thru. Seriously. DO NOT GO INSIDE. Going inside is how you lose half an hour and gain unnecessary stress before you've even had caffeine.
Starbucks is supposed to be fast, convenient, and consistent. This location somehow misses all three.

I ordered a drink Mobile pick up for drive thru and went in to pick it u because my kids wanted a cookie I let the cashier know I order for drive though and wanted to add a cookie. I waited 15 min for them just to get the cookies ready so I did let another lady know that looked like a maneger that I saw my drinks on the drive thru counter she then gave me additued and said give me a second because im occupied. She then went over to the drive thru section and got my drink and my cookies that were already siting there for a while and with additued gave me my stuff and said we were waiting dor the cookies to come out. When she gave me my stuff she not only gave me additued but stood there with a mean look im guessing she was waiting for me to tell her something seem to me like she wanted some one to give her a excuse to fight. For me it also looked like she was being mean to the person working drive thru the poor man just moved a little and told him rudely to stay standing there. This person should not been working there nore should me a manager.

I love coming to this Starbucks location for when I want to go outside and work. I work remotely and sometimes I want to be outside the house.
This location has become my new favorite spot. The people come are mostly respectful. I was worried about the groups the students, but they respect of the shared area.
I make sure to buy a drink every few hours to make sure support the staff. They are super friendly and I look forward to morning coffee. I am not a morning person.

Can’t use restroom without any purchase. Manager told me that I need to make a purchase in order to use restroom. Restroom has no sign on the door. I am senior, 80 year old, urgently need to use restroom. Manager said it is the store policy. Watch out for anyone who needs restroom at this restaurant. Abuse senior.. End up I bought a bottle of water to use the restroom. Did anyone feel it is right to do business and try to treat a senior who needed restroom badly? Hopefully his father will face this issue and be treated the same way. What come around and go around.

All too late and sure terrible place of course even after my visit just last Saturday. Too bad it's irreversible.

This Starbucks is a complete disappointment. I come here almost every day, but when I asked for a simple cup of ice water, I was told I couldn’t have one unless I bought something that day. Even after explaining I’m a regular customer and had purchased items yesterday, the cashier dismissed me and said it “doesn’t matter” and suggested I buy a cake pop if I wanted water. Absolutely ridiculous. Denying a loyal, paying customer something as basic as water is pathetic and shows zero respect or customer loyalty. This location has the worst service I’ve experienced at any Starbucks, and I will never come back. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values customers.
Edit: The day I posted this review, I spoke to starbucks customer services and used the same link that they provided from their response to my review. Nothing happened, they don't do anything. Horrible customer service that starts from the top.

jAnEsSA needs some serious work on her customer service. I waited INFRONT of her. No eye contact when she said hello. Just kept tapping on the register screen. Girl come on??? lol well anyways. I went to the restroom and came back, she took a while still and had an attitude and I just wanted a quick bite for my daughter. Which I didnt even get since they were out of her fav egg bites.
I love there grill cheese and I can't go a day without there caramel ice coffee

I never make reviews but I have to I waited 20mins for my coffee and breakfast I left my house early so I wouldn’t be late to school but I needed up being late anyways they gave me the wrong coffee then told me they would remake it took my name down then they told me to call they never answer the phone I won’t come back to this Starbucks again
