if i could give zero stars, i genuinely would. my partner and i went to this location and to begin with, we noticed that the ambiance was different which at this point, our visit wasn't bad. we encountered the girl with red hair though which ruined the entire experience due to the fact her customer service was severely lacking, she had an attitude the entire time and made the visit a bothersome one, i'm usually not one to complain but where she messed up the most and in the most disgusting way possible is her hair landed in my girlfriend's sandwich which will be in the picture i have provided. when i went back to the location, i noticed someone peep their head out and hide in the back, it took a little while for anyone to come out and when someone did, it was the girl with red hair. when she came out, she honestly was no help at all because she seemed confused about the way she was supposed to go upon a situation that she herself caused, i ended up getting a refund and when asking how long it should take to receive it back on the card, she tried finding the answer on some sticker on the side which provided no answer so she gave me an estimated guess of two days. the fact this girls hair was down was a mistake to begin with and extremely unsanitary because it was long. on top of the fact that her hair ended up in the sandwich, what i didn't take a picture of is with my sandwich, she put basically nothing in there and when i asked questions while ordering, she gave attitude. i honestly don't want to return while she's still employed there because she made the experience absolutely disgusting and uncomfortable.

I have been to this location about 4 times in the past month. They have a sign outside that says Under new Management. I always order thru the App for pick up, and don't have any complain about the amount of food I get. On 2 separate occasions, I tried to order and they were out of the meat and vegetables I wanted, so ended up eating something else instead.

This Subway is exceptionally clean. The only problem is the soda machine is not working but the service rep is very honest, she let me try the sofa first before deciding whether to get a soda or not.

Very kind lady working on the night of Sunday 6/4/2023. I found this unusual because almost every time I go to any Subway, there is no kindness or good communication from any of the staff. I was pleasantly surprised with the service.

Had to get a magnifying glass to find the meat on my sandwiches. Ordered a cold cut combo, which had some extremely thin bologna and soggy bread. The tuna was worse! I had to have tweezers to find any semblance of cheese. It's been a minute or two since I patronized Subway, and based on the poor quantity and quality, it will not be in my future to order from Subway! How disappointing that a great shop would serve such poor quality!

Cashier Tommy stole $5 from me by claiming that I had handed her less money than I actually did. No efforts have been made by her or a manager to make this right despite reaching out multiple times through email over the last couple of weeks. Never go here, your money is at risk of being stolen by a cashier and then being ignored by the manager.

The staff were really friendly and helpful! The restaurant is really clean but a little small. There aren't any outlets on the wall but you could connect to free wifi from Poke Maki so it's a decent place to study if you're electronics are charged. It's fairly quiet as well. One thing it lacks is restrooms, so if you needed to go I would recommend somewhere else. I got the Great Garlic and it was delicious! You can't go wrong with any of their subs. Overall, its a better place to go for a quick and cheap bite (their coupons are great!).

Got in on Monday afternoon, got my sandwich, and got out quick. The girl who took my order and made my sandwich with the glasses, I think her name is Gisel amazing to talk to, great service. Just started too! If she don't get a good enough raise, imma have to take my money somewhere else!
