I love this Subway. And it's funny seeing people complain about their sandwiches... When we are the ones who create em ourselves ?.. Anywho.. The sandwich Martha made me was amazing and absolutely perfect. I left nothing on my plate after. Ms Martha does have an attitude, and she can definitely improve on her, "Anything else?". Like, dang, let me think for a second. But hey, maybe a little sass is what made my sandwich so delicious! I will be coming back. 12/10 fasho.

I ordered the Italian sub, I asked for all veggies except for jalapeños. There was one layer of meat barely covering the veggies. The sandwich was $13. My value of my sandwich was nothing, the bags of chips were squished flat to fit every bag in the shop to fit the shelves. They were crumbs, I contacted the owner, and I didn’t get an apology, offered a refund and complaint was ignored. Don’t get sandwiches or chips there , they don’t care about you. They just want your money to pay for the commercials.

today I went to order a couple of sandwiches, NOT FRESH!1) only one person working during the lunch hour. Felt sorry for her, super busy and it looked like she wasn't enjoying her job. I don't blame her.2) The meat selection was HIDDEN by the metal cover so youcouldn't see at all what the meat selections or if they looked fresh.3) The LETTUCE was ROTTING. The OWNER of this Subway Franchise must be one cheap guy, didn't want o buy enough bags of lettuce so that it was fresh.4) The sandwich bread was dry and broke easily, MUST HAVE BEEN several days old.I WILL NEVER NEVER NEVER GO BACK TO THIS SUBWAY AGAIN. Avoid it!

I ordered something from the subway app. They did my protein bowl really bad. It literally looked like someone had eaten from it already and they forgot my chips. I called the store and the girl gave me Bad customer service, they didn’t want to give me their name and said it had nothing to do with it and that I couldn’t go pick up my chips at the store. BTW it was 7 dollars for 2 bags of chips.

I mainly order for pick-up. Sometimes I will have 1 or 2 topping incorrect, but overall pretty good. Always courteous for me. In month of March and 1st half of April 2023, ordered about 8 times from here. But temp closed now according to Google.

came here on my half hour lunch break on 3/3/23 ,10am. got a small combo with 1 bag of chips included , the cashier charged me for an additional bag of chips separately. charged double . i brought this up to manager and she said her co worker charged me extra and gave me my money back. this happened to my colleagues as well days prior. double check your receipts and speak to manager

Third time at this location that staff claims they ran out or do not have the meat ball sandwiches. So seems once they run out at the counter they are hesitant or too lazy to warm up a new batch. Seems the staff here u see staff, prefer to walk clients and make Only what is left on the shelf. Management must just be home crunching and reviewing numbers instead of offering support. Oh well, don't recommend this place after 3 strikes.

Waited an additional 40 minutes more than the time the sandwiches were supposed to be ready. Location is understaffed.

Placed order at 1PM , and went there to pick up 30 minutes earlier. Initially, I found out earlier than the pick up time. I told the lady working there, I would come back. She asked my name and said she didn't have my order. I received a confirmation via email,and showed to her. She still told me she didn't have my order and asked me to go a different location. I asked her the address where she was working at. She doesn't even know the street #, just told me it 's on valley. 15 minutes later, she got my order, and explained hard that was not her fault. I thought she was new, so she didn't know the order world came in 15 minutes prior to the pick up time. However, I showed my confirmation with pick up time. If she could tell the order is being prepared, I was will to wait.

Came by to grab a sandwich before work. I ordered a sweet onion teriyaki chicken footlong on the Italian herb and cheese bread. I got toppings such as lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. The server seemed new so they were a bit hesitant and not as generous with the toppings. They were kind though so that was nice. It did take a while and didn't speak much so yeah.
