Ivan is the best dude around. Every time I hear his voice on the intercom I know I'm in for the best Taco Bell experience ever. He makes my fiance's cheesy roll-ups much better than any Taco Bell / TB employee I've ever dealt with. I was especially thankful when the Strawberry freeze machine was down and he offered to substitute it with a different flavor for no additional charge! Small things like that make going here an easy and enjoyable trip.

I love coming here but always in the drive thru never get off today I decided to get off and get my food I saw an employee use the broom to clean the table I was in shock and I still am it’s unbelievable and disgusting and so unsanitary!
We went through the drive through tonight and met Ivan. I never write reviews but he deserves one. The most helpful, polite, and friendly worker I’ve ever encountered, his attitude and customer service were exceptional. I don’t even know if you can call a manager to praise someone for their work but I’m gonna try. Ivan needs a raise. He needs his own Taco Bell. Honestly let him run the country he would have my vote.
