Just got home after picking up Tacos at the drive thru of Taco Bell store #038983.What a joke!!! I spent $17.55 for 3 Crunchy Tacos. 2 Soft Tacos and 2 Sides of Rice.The only edible items were the Crunchy Tacos!!! The Soft Tacos had the hard stem of the lettuce instead of shredded lettuce?The rice was so hard you could break a tooth!Why is Taco Bell even in business selling salvage from food and vegetables? This is a health concern in addition to pathetic food quality. Something needs to be done!!!!

Just got home from Walnut, CA Taco Bell Pathetic what you get for $18.00 Instead of shreddedclettuce, you get a Filler of a remnant stalk from the inside of the head of lettuce!!! And the rice is so old and hard, you can chip a tooth or even choke on it. Pathetic food, this place is the worst!!

Hate that you have to use the kiosk instead of ordering at the counter and the paper straws fall apart before you can finish your drink, all Taco Bells are like this now it

If you tell a customer you have breakfast and then when they ask for four different breakfast items and you say you don't have any of them. Why even say you have breakfast. Horrible service and lazy employees. It's 8:30 am and you don't have anything. I will never be back. Not that this place gives a damn anyways
Wife went to pick up dinner here. She ordered two soft tacos, two of those new chicken enchilada burritos, and two of the beefy melt burritos.Figures, they would get the order wrong. It was wrong on the receipt and the "limited time" items WERE NOT MARKED on the wrapper. In good old Taco Bell fashion, whomever prepared the items decided to use the catch-all "Special/Breakfast" label on the wrapper. Could it have killed you to take out your marker and WRITE THE SPECIAL ITEM ON THE LABEL?The food itself was fine, but now, because sheer laziness (this order was taken at 6:18pm, SNF was on, so I'm certain the take out line wasn't large), I would up eating both chicken burritos when my wife wanted one of them.This, among other reasons (like not having any sauce packets available inside, because they're still doing stupid COVID things), is why I rarely come to this particular location any longer, even though it's the closest to home. I would rather go to Del Taco, which is closer.Do better Taco Bell on Nogales.

1 star due to being in line for 15-20 min when there was only 3 cars and all that waiting just so they can serve me cold tacos and no sauce even when I specifically let them know I wanted sauce.

I have been coming to Taco Bell since I can remember. The menu has changed over the years, but what we tried we liked. Let me state fast foods needs to be eaten in moderation, it's not the healthiest food but taste so good. Also the kids that work fast food are hard workers and in my opinion underpaid and at times underappreciated by these big companies. Today we ordered a Mexican pizza and through the app a five layer burrito (get one free), I'm always one to save money on our apps. The interior has plenty of seating to enjoy your meal. The service is courteous and friendly and we received our meal in no time there's plenty of parking the handicap stalls are at the front entrance with ramps. There's also a drive-through.

Antonio R is a horrible cashier with no people skills. At the window we asked for a moment and after everything we said the man was trying to get us to move forward mind you there is no one in line. He cuts us off and tells us the total before we complete our order and then we have to order more at the window. He covered the top of the bag with so many napkins and reassured us everything we ordered was in the there cheesy roll ups and chalupa with our boxes and just to come all the way home and have no chalupa but the fattest stack of napkins instead ? we had to drive all way back just for Antonio to not only not apologize but he grabbed a warm one off the heating rack like it was burden. No one has ever been that annoying. Hope Antonio R perpetually has the worst luck when buying/eating food for the rest of his life.

The grilled cheese burrito might not appear that appetizing but it actually hit the spot as a super late night snack with the buds. It was super filling and was perfect for the drunchies fix. Also got a spicy soft potato taco and a beef chalupa. Service was quick at the fast food drive thru window, staff was friendly and quick to prepare my order. No complaints; I know it can be hit or miss at times but so far have only had good experiences.Word of advice is always check your food before pulling away from the drive thru. People make mistakes but might as well just catch it and deal with it then rather than drive home and be missing something you paid for. Also, get the fire and mild sauce!
Don't forget the sauce to go with everything yum!
