They ran out of tea and had to replace my drink which was fine, but they didn't even offer to refund the difference when they replaced it with a cheaper one. Also, I ordered a milk tea but I guess they didn't read the order, cause they replaced it with a regular tea and forgot the toppings.
Got a matcha latte. Boba was solid and chewy goodness. Regular sweetness matcha latte was way too sweet. I couldn’t even taste the matcha bc it felt like I was drinking honey water.
Boba shops are everywhere in Southern California, but Ten Ren stands out for one simple reason: quality. The difference here is in the ingredients, and especially the tea.
