I'm here at the Habit and I had questions about sweet potato fries..Emily the manager was so so kind !. She went above.and beyond the call of duty to help us even tho it was busy she successfully juggled us and the in coming customers , all that and she remaimed calm.and cheerfully sweet! Not to mention the food was hot and delicious!? ?‼️ Yumm

The food is good but spend 50$ on 3 burgers and they won't even give you a ranch to go with it without paying extra. Better take the family to a real restaurant

I came here to make a comparison with in&out. The overall space is cleaner and smaller than I&o. About the food, I ordered a double char combo. It's a bit saltier than the I&o. Fries are more crispy though. However, they have sources you can choose from and the lemon is sliced. They even have lime slices. I really likes it. To be honest,I still like double double but it is always crowded there. I definitely will come here again.

We got a chicken club and a santa ana burger with fries on the side. The food was flavorful and well seasoned. Used a deal to get the chicken club and the price was slightly reasonable. Without the deal, I wouldnt choose to spend around 18 bucks in total for a meal here.

I ordered 1 hamburger at the Walnut location on Grand Monday about 9pm. The cashier handed me the credit card machine with a tip question. I chose not to tip, the cashier handed me my hamburger with attitude. I do not need to be pressed on a tip. Now I'm thinking did they spit in my food? The cashier did not make me feel guilty, she made me feel like I will never come back to this location. I did not eat that burger, I went to McDonald's.

Bad habitFirst time dining here.Ordered on app. By 2:58 it said my order will be ready in 7 min 45 sec. We waited in the restaurant. By 3:15, I went up to the counter and was respectfully told by a younger gentleman that it will just be a minute. I have a visual of my sandwiches partially wrapped on the top rack by the grills. By 3:20 I asked the older man on the counter whom I had to wait a good minute to let alone look at me to see why I had been standing there for a while, seeing that he’s so busy scrolling/checking something on his phone, if my order was ready, only to find the bag by the counter, my shake was showing drops of water on the outside because it had been sitting there for a bit. No one called our number nor asked me what my order number was. We took our order, sat down, and opened up our supposedly well done sandwiches but were showing still slightly light pink. The fries were cold by this time. The Oreos on the shake seemed to have started sinking. Everything was very unpleasant but I had to feed 3 hungry kids and myself. I personally lost my appetite and decided to just get something else somewhere.” Very disappointed. The other Habit locations are not like this.I filled out the comment on the app after an order had been placed. One can only hope that someone would actually look at and do something about these comments.
Paid for onion rings, but they kept putting fries every time when ordering on the drive-thru.
