Pretty bad this round. Food was supposed to have sauce on side. No dipping sauces that we ordered. Gave us 6 ranches. Fries were cold. No Cajun seasoning or cheese

Horrible service, food was said to be done 15 minutes before closing time and took much more we were not able to wait inside during this time period we were kicked outside and had to wait outside the door for them to hand our food over. Love wingstop but this experience was very unpleasant.

I called in my order at the wrong wingstop(rio rancho in pomona) so when i pulled up the wing experts said they had no idea or no order for georgeSo they took my orderAnd even though they had like 30 orders to take care of My stuff came out in a reasonable timely manner sumthn like 10-15 minsReceipt says demetriusIt was like 9:50 ish pm So they were getting ready to close in a hrIt was chillThanks guys!

Always good. Service today was awesome. I placed an order on line. When I got there my food was still being prepared. The guy at the counter asked me if I wanted a water cup while I waited. I thought that was extremely thoughtful. He told me he'd let me know when my food was done. I went back to wait in my car and a few minutes later he brought the food to me. Food and service was awesome today. Appreciated him coming out since I had kids in the car. Thank you wingstop!

I made my order to the wrong store and called over 15 times before a girl finally picked up the phone, she was rude and disrespectful from the start when I explained to her that I wanted a refund. Not only did she tell me that I should’ve called earlier and she won’t give me a refund ignoring the fact that the phone was ringing off the hook for 5 minutes (me calling on and on) I told her if they would’ve picked up the phone from the start it would’ve been a different scenario, she said she would speak to the manager and returned saying they won’t give me the refund and they’ll eat my order. I have never in my life experienced service like this. She refused to give me her managers and her name and hung up on me and just kept laughing over the phone. By the looks of the reviews it’s not the first time service at this location has been so trash.

I drive from Pomona to this wingstop every time we think about ordering wings. Why? Because of Dimitri and the cooks. They ALWAYS fulfill my request of FRESH food every time. They never fail me.

App said it was done 5 min ago. Arrived and they said it wasn’t ready, they’ll get started on it, would only take 5 mins. Instead, a girl came in and they prepped her order first. Wasn’t until 25 min after I arrived that I got my order.

I made my order online for pick-up, right? Paid for it online and everything. The order was accepted and I was given a pick-up time and order confirmation number. My wife goes to pick the order up and they said they can't give her the order - even though she had the name and order confirmation number - because she needs to provide proof. Proof means they wanted to see my drivers license and physical card used to make the order. Word? She came home and I went to the restaurant to get my order. When I arrived they asked to see my info. I gave it to them saying this has never been asked for in the past. The worker said "we understand but this is our policy now." THEN he told me it would be about 20 minutes. He went off to make my food...? First of all, why isn't my food ready? It's been an hour. Secondly, did I need to provide proof before you could start making my order?Lastly, are we for real?

I ordered and paid the food online. When I go to pickup, the staff asked me to show my ID ??????????? When do we need to show ID to pick up a carry out . Plus I already show her my order number . . After home open my order and find out they only gave me 4 flats out of the 21 wings. !!! I wish this place can do better!!!

I recently had the unfortunate misfortune of trying out WingStops, new flavor (NEW lemon herb remix) and my favorite flavors ( Spicy Korean Q) and I must say, it was an absolute disaster. I demand a refund for the appalling experience I had with this subpar offering. Firstly, the quality of the product was shockingly inferior.

Absolutely an embarrassment of an establish and wing stop should force close this location for the service their employees provide. I've had multiple bad experiences at this location but I overlooked it. Tonight's experience was the final straw. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY and take your business elsewhere! You've been warned! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION.
