I bought a large size chicken plate. But when I open and try to enjoy my meal at home. I only saw a few pieces chickens, the amount is like amount in small a bowl meal. I am so sad. Only cover like 1/4 surface of the rice. Is it because I used a couple so the protein gets decreased.
I do not recommend this place. I went to buy food and spent 58 dollars and gave them a 100 dollar bill and they told me they didn't have change. It's a restaurant and should have change. That's why I'm not satisfied with the service.
The brown rice was dry, as if they had left the lid off for hours. Almost broke a tooth. Avoid. This location has no quality control

We had purchased three meals and asked the employee to give us several condiments for the three meals and we got only one soy sauce and two hot sauces and one ginger !! Also the beef bowls had no onions and looked more like a kids meal with not enough meat !! Very disappointed
I haven't been to Yoshinoya in years, so I decided to grab a traditional beef bowl to-go today. I was extremely disappointed when I opened the small-sized bowl to find only a very limited amount of beef and exactly two pieces of onions. My fond memories of the place were completely ruined after eating it. There was no sauce at all causing the food to be not as juicy as years ago and even too dry to swallow.
It's frustrating to see a business decline over time instead of improving. I won't forget this experience, and I won’t forget this careless business, either.

The guy at the counter was rude. Did not want to give me the $1 drink that came with the combo bowl promotion. Did not offer it to me at the time of paying, and when I told him, he said it was too late. It's not my fault but his. Worthless customer service.

Ordered take out a couple times and every single time they get our order wrong, so I formed the habit of checking the order before I leave the store. However, today my husband went to pick up our order and forgot to check it. It was missing one of the bowls we ordered, which was $12, and another order was wrong as well. I called to ask if we could get a refund and the server said she would ask her manager to call me back, but of course that didn’t happen.

This was one of my nephews favorite place, when they visit from WA. Last two visits not good. The new fried chicken was a bit crunchy. Veggies were mooshy.Sloppy with the meals. Does not look close to what they show in the ads.
