Panda Express is a welcoming place with friendly staff who are always ready to assist, especially with carrying food to tables for those in need. The manager and cooks are praised for their friendliness and great food quality. However, a customer was disappointed with their Kung Pow chicken bowl, receiving dried out chowmein and minimal chicken. Despite past positive experiences, they felt let down this time and expressed hope for improvement in the future.
