What a great stop over, inside mt. Mike's pizza, a small ice cream shop with wonderful flavors, even found spumoni that was excellent ?

Good ice cream but service is very retry slow. They're really busy running the pizza shop and the ice cream counter.

Never had stopped here before because Google maps usually doesn't show it on the map view so when I caught a glimpse of this hidden waterford secret i had to stop in only to find out service is slow due to shared staff with the pizza place next door (mountain mikes) which is disappointing but might be worth the wait if the ice cream is good unfortunately the cone I received tasted weird almost a stale like taste and the ice cream seemed to be melted at one point and was re frozen the taste was just wrong. So I decided to get a milkshake at another point in time hoping the first visit was a fluke but no the milk shake was more milk than ice cream and still had the refrozen taste to it. Most the toppings I asked for were advertised on their menu but were not available which was frustrating I don't think anyone should stop here for the ice cream your better off getting ice cream from a grocery store I see now why Google maps doesn't actively show this place.

Service was nasty no smile no greet nasty attitude they were out of all kinds of ice cream no whip cream no fudge no mangoes damn seriously who's running this joint. It needs help including an employee.

They were helpful and working hard, so I am not finding fault with that, but the ice cream was kept at too warm of as temperature, so was too soft, but not quite liquid. Also, they changed prices, but didn't update their board. There was just a notice near the register stating that prices had changed. Otherwise this is a nice place to visit. I've been here before and the ice cream was good...so these are the only issues I'm marking them down for with this visit.

The only reason I am writing this is because of the confusion for service. I had walked in today around noon to get ice cream with my son, the sign said open, lights were on and door was unlocked. The young lady at the pizza side saw us and walked to us to say she wasn't serving that side because she had people on the other side that has JUST walked in right after us. I offered to wait since it was just one family there, but she proceed to say she wouldn't be serving at all today because she had no one to help her, I mentioned I could wait for her to be done but said no I'm sorry. I would suggest turning that sign off in situations like this to avoid misunderstandings. Hopefully we get to enjoy some ice cream next time !

They were soooo nice! But the quality of the ice cream was lacking, mostly freezerburnt I will definitely try it again because the staff was nice, and I'm sure it's just lacking in quality because of the short staff with the pandemic. Other than that they do have a big selection.

I had ice cream sent to my mom and step dads house they absolutely loved it hadn't had banana split for a while delish Thank you Tammy for going above and beyond and making their day.... totally happy!!!
