This place shares staff with Mountain Mike's Pizza. Apparently they are having staffing issues, like many places, so there were only two people working both sides. They were helpful and working hard, so I am not finding fault with that, but the ice cream was kept at too warm of as temperature, so was too soft, but not quite liquid. The only reason I am writing this is because of the confusion for service. I had walked in today around noon to get ice cream with my son, the sign said open, lights were on and door was unlocked. The young lady at the pizza side saw us and walked to us to say she wasn't serving that side because she had people on the other side that has JUST walked in right after us. I offered to wait since it was just one family there, but she proceed to say she wouldn't be serving at all today...read full review
