You get to build your own pizza so if you don't like it, it's kind of on you lol. Crust was nearly perfectly done when it came out of the oven. Ordered carry out got home to find slices missing out of the pizza. Took it back and they already knew but never called me. They gave me the correct pizza and it had 3 inches of crust, all the extra toppings I paid for was skimpy and in the center of the pizza. When you order a pepperoni and add extra toppings it should still have the same amount of pepperoni, not a 1/4 of it. Of course I have photos if management would like to see. I paid over $60 when I could’ve gotten the same crud and a lot more from Dominos. So much for splurging“

“I ordered 10 pizzas and wings and soda from this Pizza Factory location for pick up. I needed it ready to pick up earlier than they opened. Lorinda and her staff went above and beyond to make it all happen. I cant say enough about the customer service!!
