First time eating here and we won’t be going back. The restaurant smelled like bathroom and cleaning products. The ribs were smothered in sauce which is a red flag to me. What are you trying to hide? The sides are wayyyy too small for the price. The potato salad was four bites at most. The chili beans and chicken were alright. Seems more like a burger joint than bbq.

Chicken breast on sandwich was 1/4 inch think and over cooked. Steak fries are not thick like steak fries should be. Pretty disappointing dinner for $50. For two people.

This is a local BBQ spot.It's personable, local, and welcoming. I like it. I frequent this eatery regularly. Once every couple of weeks.The meats are all good. Not necessarily super duper, fire, run home, and put it on the local news cast. It's ok.Chili beans are unique. They have their own special flavor. Like they're peppery. Like, black peppery. I liked them. Not cold. But temperature wise hot. I like that, too.The garden salad, believe it or not, i was pleasantly surprised. Simple but good.Overall, a good experience.
Very very good! Great trip tip! Got my daughter a grilled cheese and even that was really good (took my dad tax)!Edit: they have recently gone down hill. They have not gotten the order right the first time the last 4 orders. They are more than happy to fix or remake. Just check your order if it's takeout. Moving down to 3 stars as the fries are still good. But the burgers have gotten a little dry and you don't always get your hole order.

Came in and asked where to order, the table or the counter. The girl replied, we close at 6:30 I looked at my watch and said since it’s 5:30, it doesn’t really matter.A group of 12 were showing up and she was serving them beer, but never told on of those people that they were closing at 6:30.Seems discriminatory, won’t be going back. No Customer Service skills at all.
