“We used Freedom bakery for our wedding cake. Being not from the area we were not sure what to expect, we did two flavors mango coconut and raspberry lemon, by far the best cake I've ever had, and they did it exactly as we wanted. I highly recommend them.“

I am writing my review here because the actual Ricarmi I'm referring to is at the San Jose flea market and they don't seem to have an entry here and I am assuming it is the same people but the ship at the flea market seems to be a permanent fixture vs a pop up. I come to the flea market so my wife can buy rugs. What I enjoy is the Mexican snacks, tacos, and the liveliness of the open market. My wife, she likes the desserts. This place has a legit Hostess DingDong dessert which is amazing in flavor and moistness. Assuming it's fresh when you order it, you shouldn't be disappointed. They had other stuff which was fine but the DingDong was notable. Again, the flea market version of this business in San Jose.“
