“Hot Breads has become one of my absolute favorite bakeries for eggless cakes and baked goods. For vegetarians and vegans, it’s truly a gem, offering a wonderful range of high-quality eggless options that are both fresh and delicious.

Their cakes are soft, flavorful, and available in a wide variety, making them perfect for birthdays, celebrations, or simply satisfying a dessert craving. Beyond cakes, I especially love their sandwich breads and fresh eggless pav, which have an authentic taste and excellent texture.

“I came to pick up a online order so my interaction was brief and I unfortunately didn’t get the name of the woman at the register but I came in on 3/21/26 @ 2:20pm and the lady at the register was absolutely delightful! She was so nice and so welcoming! Excellent service!“

I have ordered custom ice cream cakes with photos at least 3 times over the years and they always do a great job. it's easy to order and send the photos online and then it can be done pretty quickly. and the manager and this location is also very understanding and helpful: one of the cakes wasn't looking as expected and there were only hours left before the party so he himself fixed it up.

“Mrs. Fields in Valley Fair is elite. Cookies are perfect. Soft, chewy, and just baked to perfection. The gentlemen who served the cookies was friendly, which we appreciated. Sidenote, shame on you heathens leaving one star reviews — there is only one Mrs. Fields located in the San Jose area and you want to shut it down because they didn’t give you milk? Give me a break. Anyone leaving a one star review, just don’t. Because I like eating here. And I don’t want to drive 30 gosh darn minutes to the next closest one. “I had a great experience at this Cold Stone Creamery! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and they made my ice cream exactly the way I wanted. The mix-ins were fresh, and the ice cream was super creamy and delicious. The store was clean and well-organized, and service was quick even though it was busy. “I needed dairy-free cupcakes and didn't have any good recipes offhand that I had tried - and I didn't want to chance it. So I ordered vegan red velvet from Frost and they were great! Larger sized, great crumb texture, and beautifully decorated. The team was really helpful and friendly when I sent an email inquiry and the shop was really cute when I arrived. I hadn't heard of Frost before but I look forward to going back and trying other flavors in the future! Parking was also easy in that spot, and it's close to 880 which makes it really convenient - always a plus!“
