Today was my first time visiting SusieCakes and I was so impressed by the gal at the counter. I was just picking up an online order, but she was so friendly and welcoming. I told her my last name and she immediately knew my first name, and was very helpful when I asked her advice on picking out an additional flavor. The tastiest cupcakes ever. I also tried their flourless peanut butter cookies. Everything was tasty. The employees were all friendly and enthusiastic about the baked goods. The staff gave off the we love what we do vibe. I highly recommend this bakery when in Willow Glen.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The store was clean, all products and goods were organized, the place smelled fresh and most of all the glass (where the treats sit) was clean. The two staff were nice, one took my order while the other packed.
