Wow! 5 thumbs up for their eggless cake!I attended a Birthday Party on Sunday and as usual the traditional Birthday Cake was served. I usually pass because it's usually sooo sweet, but the smell alone made me want a piece of this brightly decorated cake.Eggless (a vegan thing)...hummm sounds interesting, and I was definitely NOT disappointed with the delicate flavor, light with a perfect texture, and soft creamy frosting...and YES, I went in for another piece!
