The food here is the best! It is authentic and delicious. Mari, the owner's mom makes us feel right at home. It's like going to your momma's house.
We drove from San José to have lunch there yesterday, after a wonderful experience two weeks ago.

Pozole was listed as $13 on the menu at the counter, I was charge $17.55, explanation at the counter was that they changed the price. Prices on menu are not what you may be charged for. However, portion size was very nice, three corn tortillas, and a big fist full of vegetables, with a bag of freshly fried tortillas chips.
We've walked and driven past this restaurant for a long time and finally decided to try it out. Absolutely fantastic!!! The atmosphere was great and the food was delicious. A family owned and operated restaurant serving family recipes. We will be back regularly. We got the Chile Colorado, Bacon wrapped prawns and Chicken Flautas. All were delicious.
