Service is good, drive through is fast. I like that the food is never greasy. I would NOT recommend the churros though.

Look, it's not horrible food. It still tastes a little bit like fast food, but the basic bean, rice, cheese burrito is tasty. I recommend asking for pico de gallo on the side. I would order from here when it gets late because the hours are pretty flexible. It's also conveniently located to stores. It still wouldn't be first choice, but it's an upgrade from taco bell.

Food was disgusting this also was have the chicken tasted partial raw an partial
Chicken was extremely dry seemed like it was overcooked. One chicken breast had meat on it the other three were mostly all bone and skin no meat. Mashed potatoes I am gravy were actually pretty good. The salad was really playing though basically just lettuce with some tortilla chips sprinkles on it.

I paid extra for chips & guac. Obviously they forgot. Just like they almost forgot my drinks. To top it off, I found this piece of plastic in my food. The ladies in there did not know what they were doing clearly & now customers are eating plastic??

First time i went to pollo loco yesterday and dont know what to think. The chiken seem a little burn or maybe thats just the style. Overall is was ok nothingimpressive.
