This El Pollo loco was good for a while, always on top of orders, rarely missed items in big orders, but when I went for a pickup they missed an entire meal. I'm glad I double-checked because I was still there, but when they did give me the meal after a little bit of talking, the chicken was very sparse in terms of meat. Otherwise a good location, easy to find parking, good food
Great customer service and good food. It always hits the spot when I’m craving something savory but not too heavy. The Loco Salads are a great side, too.
