This last time, we had no problem, other times they forget something and they only give you sizes and cutlery if you ask for them, I like the food but I always have to check what I order, since we live far away, to return to claim what I paid, I'm very sorry, thank you.

While our meal ended up being pretty good, the restaurant appeared to be in chaos. Long lines to order because the cashier kept disappearing to help elsewhere, and a long wait after ordering. That seemed to all be a result of it being a busy lunch. So, understood. The part that really bugged me was just how filthy the place was. The floor was sticky, and even the walls had grubby fingerprints and old stuck-on food. Not the result of just a busy lunch rush but a longer period of...
