Best potatoes in town
I try to eat out at other restaurants and we are obsessed with this food truck weekly ! These potatoes are becoming so famous we have baked potato nights at our house every Saturday!!

La Papa Loca is an obsessed-over food truck known for giant sized baked potatoes covered in all the fixings for a very reasonable prize. Freshly made to order and consistently top notch, the portions are so big, you can share with someone or save the other half for lunch the next day. The asada fries are a favorite, hitting the spot every time, with super generous amounts of protein. The cucumber/pepino agua Fresca is a must try, and the salsa is flavorful. The asada bowl is amazing, but the California burrito is also a favorite. It's a popular spot, so definitely expect a line, but worth the wait. The menu is fairly limited, but for good reason. Customers can order online or make a phone call from the car, and the food is usually ready within 15-25 minutes. Buena calidad de comida y los porciones son más grandes que otros lugares.
