La Papa Loca is an obsessed-over food truck known for giant sized baked potatoes covered in all the fixings for a very reasonable prize. Freshly made to order and consistently top notch, the portions are so big, you can share with someone or save the other half for lunch the next day. The asada fries are a favorite, hitting the spot every time, with super generous amounts of protein. The cucumber/pepino agua Fresca is a must try, and the salsa is flavorful. The asada bowl is amazing, but the California burrito is also a favorite. It's a popular spot, so definitely expect a line, but worth the wait. The menu is fairly limited, but for good reason.
