Delicious bread!
I used to buy Melo bread years ago and happened to be in the area, so I stopped by to get some again. What a treat! The bread is out of this world!! We are blessed with many excellent bread makers in the Bay Area, but this one is a step above the rest! My favorite is the Pajaro. So many wonderful things come together in this bread - a wonderful texture inside, a crunchy crust and the delicious seeds on the outside, all with an excellent taste.
