The absolutely most delicious bread you will ever eat in the 831! The founder has marvelous talent with the recipes he has developed. Family run business. They mostly do wholesale accounts but if you ever get your hands on some of this bread you will be sure to want more!!! Vegan friendly brioche and everything else. Outstanding service from everyone. I will be avoiding doing business here. Witnessed the delivery driver deliver bread and then grope a waitress at a location in San Jose. Not sure if the police were called but it was disgusting. Would highly recommend if you do business with this here, you keep an eye open or listen to your wait staff if they say there is an incident.

I first purchased Paulinho‘s round sourdough bread, the size of a chowder, soup bowl, at farmers market on East Lake. Then when I back went back to get some more, I found only sliced loaves. My family of three adults likes to have this round sourdough bread, hot it up in the oven and torn apart into thirds and lathered with butter, European style. No sliced bread thank you. So I went to Paulinho’s and knocked on the door and he let me in and sold me five of his rounds of sourdough bread, so that I could have some in the freezer for dinners later on in the month. just between you and me, he sold them for half the price that I was having to pay in the grocery stores. Folks this is the real deal and really really really good.
