I stopped by Gaby’s Restaurant in Watsonville after spending most of the afternoon helping a friend move nearby and needed something filling before the drive home. I ordered the super burrito and it absolutely delivered. The portion size was huge, packed with flavorful meat, fresh ingredients, and perfectly balanced without feeling greasy or overdone.
