I walked in here today and orderd a grande carmel ribbon crunch frappuccino and their new grande strawberry frappuccino for my friend.We both enjoyed our drinks.Its in the same shopping center as nob hill.
This review is for the Starbucks on Main Street and Auto center drive. Please help this Starbucks succeed; it can be better. Corporate or owners need to help this place; it has a great location, many people work in this Area, and it could do so much better. Seriously the staff there needs support; they are sweating and look hella stressed trying to please the customer, swamped with mobile orders and walk-in customers. I always get great customer service at this Starbucks. I wouldn't consider myself a regular, but they still address me by name. I've always received my order correctly and in a reasonable amount of time. The environment is perfect (clean and spacious) for working remotely and a huge improvement compared to their previous location up the street.
