How much longer must I wait for a sandwich. 20 minutes is too long. Won’t be back. Had to leave without food. Went to Togo’s and had food in under 3 minutes with a drink and cashed out.

Made a mobile order, once the app said the food was ready I arrive and the food is nowhere the employees who seem to lack Costumer service just stare as if forgetting they’re on the clock , They then proceed to start making the order that was supposed to be completed at arrival This is not the first time as-well corporate was contacted

The customer service is horrible, they prepare your food in a very bad way and a very bad attitude, they don't even welcome you and if you don't hurry up to order, they get angry yourself, you have to look up the names of the things because they don't even have the cheese. They can't even tell you the type of bread they have available, they refused to put eggs in it, and they cut your bread without measuring it, they don't give you a receipt, and they get upset and throw the meat into the containers, they don't wash their hands to reach out to you, they grab the money and so they are going to put on gloves to serve the next customer, they refuse to give you their name or anything to identify them to file a complaint I was in this subway at around 7:55pm today Monday and the truth is they even stare at you ugly because why? If you speak Spanish to them they laugh and invest their money somewhere else the truth is because apparently the employees here in the afternoon are always in a bad mood it seems like they are going to give you the food, not that they are going to sell it to you and when I bag my food in the paper The sandwich was too tight and the bread turned horrible.

Ordered a Dangerwhich sub that has the various meats. They did not put bacon and instead of salami I got pepperoni. My order was messed up but my wife’s chicken sub was ok. Please offer more training it’s not hard to put correct meats I always thought there was pictures and stuff behind the counter telling you what ingredients go in the sub. The sub did not look the best but I already paid and just decided to not eat at this one again.

The workers there are terrible. I went there today and one of the workers seemed to be in a bad mood and was giving attitude when we would ask her a question. The second worker wasn’t paying attention and she was distracted and not paying attention to my order. I was not done adding toppings and the girl working wasn’t pay attention and was about to cut and wrap the sandwich, I had to tell her to please stop talking and finish taking my order. She gave me a mean look and looked irritated. It was a bad experience. Workers need more training.

They no longer take coupons, owners don’t want to pay more to employees and accept coupons so they can keep their pockets chunky prices increased on subs too subway might go out of business soon
