This is the BEST seeded baguette I've ever had and the only problem is that they're hard to find because even if I go to a store like Safeway that I know carries SUMANO bread they won't necessarily have the seeded baguette. I think they only give each store one or two and I'm not sure why because it is definitely THE BEST SEEDED BAGUETTE and I wish they had a lot more available and at more locations. This is the best sliced sourdough bread I've ever had. It makes the best toast. Cheese toast ten out of ten, cinnamon sugar toast ten out of ten, peanut butter toast ten out of ten. Good job
Although it is great to buy sourdough bread with an independent bakery I am not a fan of their bread making process, which results in lack of depth of flavour and crust which is very hard the next day. I appreciate that other may love Sumanos Bakery bread, but as a bread maker myself, this bakery is not for me.
