Open before everybody else large menu. Excellent food
Nice place to stop. It was sort of hidden in a joint gas station/subway. Everything was good, we all got tacos and the group favorites were the Birria and the Shrimp. They also have serve yourself chips and salsa which was great!
This one is nestled behind a Chevron gas station. There is also a Subway on the same premises. This taqueria has plenty of options, and many of them are pretty good. We tried the Super Chile Relleno Burrito, Fish Soft Taco, Taco Gobernador, and Baja Perico Taco. There were so many options that we got confused, but in hindsight, we should have ordered the Chile Relleno as a plate instead.

Taqueria Los Pericos and Grill is a nice place to stop, sort of hidden in a joint gas station/Subway. This taqueria has plenty of options, and many of them are pretty good. The group favorites were the Birria and the Shrimp tacos. They also have serve yourself chips and salsa, which was great. The Super Chile Relleno Burrito was huge and tasted good. The Taco Gobernador and Baja Perico Taco were out of this world, especially the Gobernador. It's a must-try and an absolute flavor explosion. The fish tacos were generously loaded. The al pastor burritos are the best, most flavorful, and the quesabirria is sexy and mind-blowing. There is an incredible salsa bar with green and orange salsas that are amazing. The Asada Fries are the best, with so much cheese and chipotle sauce, and they did not skimp on the Asada. The asada was not fatty either. Service was friendly and fast, and they have a clean seating area. It’s a hidden little gem in the back of a gas station, located inside the right side of the building entrance of the Chevron gas station on Lee Road in Watsonville. Tacos are delicious, and the flavor is consistent with other locations. They also have a salsa and chip bar where you can stock up.
