Came in on 11/5 at 9:45 PM. I asked if the mix and match whopper jr deal was still available when the girl started snapping at me over the intercom. As we pulled up to the widow which is left open, she was insulting me to get coworkers. I immediately chimed in and asked why it was such an issue for me to ask about the menu. Pretty trash folks you have running this place at night. I was first told by the girl at the drive through that most of the things we were trying to order were unavailable due to being close to closing ; the hours state they're open until 11 PM.

They say they close at 10pm. But when I got there at 930pm on a Thursday, the door was locked, and the staff could see us but wouldn't let us in. Next day, Friday, got there at 9pm, and they said I could only do drive-thru. Got what I needed after a long day of hiking, and it was good and oily, as expected.

Drive thru was closed after doing my order amd paying for it was informed shake machine was down so they offered a chocolate pie instead then had to ask if I could still get a soda too so I had something to drink. Food came right up got it and left. Got out to my car and of course fries and onion rings cold no zesty sause as my order specified amd chicken on sandwich was like rubber then went to wat the cancelation prize (pie) and guess wat. No fork.. wtf...

This isn't the first time I've ordered kids meal and there us no toy. They don't even tell you. If you confront them about it after you look they offer you a soft serve ice cream.

In one word, awful. In more words, Weaverville would be better off if this was a vacant building. Your order is never made correctly, usually you'll be missing items. But it isn't because they hurry. Oh no. At this BK, you'll wait all day and you'll have it however they feel like making it. Eat elsewhere.

This location has lots of issues! Way too long of a wait for service for FAST food! 3 stars are because of Kaylee. Returning from an injury, she is running circles around her co-workers! She is polite, courteous, conscientious of her customers, and is so quick to complete orders that is still hot and fresh! Thank you Kaylee for giving us the service we deserve! Everyone else, including rude managers are asleep at the wheel! Shame on you for thinking it's okay to give mediocre service! Kaylee needs a raise and a promotion! Way to go Kaylee!
